Our Membership Application is used for new members as well as for renewing your membership.  Just click on the Member Form link below, print the form, fill in the necessary blanks and follow the instructions for mailing at the bottom of the form.  You can send your membership fee in with your Membership Application or you can use PayPal at our Shop LSSCC page.  We look forward to having you as a new or renewing member.
